General Refund Policy
Imagine that you bought a container of milk. Unfortunately, you fail to use it in a timely fashion and it spoils. You would not go back to the store to ask for another container of milk because it was your responsibility to use the milk in a timely fashion before it soured. The same principle applies to our tickets. We offer a service and if you fail to utilize the ticket, you may not reschedule. The guides have to be paid for whether or not you show up. Our tickets are non-refundable except in extreme situations.
Our policy is that "Haunting happens in all kinds of weather" barring a hurricane or a massive blizzard that would make walking outdoors legally irresponsible due to safety. Our tours proceed in all weather, “rain or shine” as they say. In the event of the aforementioned unsafe weather, tours are rescheduled for another mutually convenient date at no additional charge. Rain during the day will not be a cause for cancellation. Please check the weather or call us at 561-231-0234 for that evening's schedule status in the event of questionable conditions.
If you as an individual are a no show or you go to the wrong address, you may rebook within 30 days but no refund will be given. This does not apply to vouchers.
Vouchers for half-price sales or other discounts are good until the day of expiration. All sales are final. No refunds will be given. Requests for extensions of vouchers should be made to the company that issued the vouchers.

PLEASE print out your online receipt to be collected by your guide(s).
Tips for your tour guide are always appreciated. If you want to increase your chances to seeing ghosts or avoid seeing them after a walk, a generous tip to your guide will work wonders in either case.
